The HORIBA's CAMSIZER provides perfect and rapid particle shape & size distributions for bulk materials and dry powders in the size range between 30?m and 30mm. This is possible through the Digital image processing of particle size and shape analysis system of the HORIBA's CAMSIZER.

Variety of information about the sample like shape parameter, general size measurement, etc. These information can be used to correlate closely the performance characteristics. Diverse techniques like microscopy, sieving & hand caliper measurement allow correlation to the existing data.

It is a laboratory equipment which may be used to measure particle size distribution & particle shape, density of powders, number and granules simultaneously. Unique patented 2camera system with the digital image processing can measure solids between the range 30?m and 30mm. Further, measuring results are 100% compatible, because of the newly developed fitting algorithms and the unique scanning of all the particles.
